MYSTARTUP LIMITED provides a platform offering discounts from companies in sectors such as technology, travel, marketing, finance, and office supplies. These discounts are provided free of charge to support new businesses in reducing their startup costs. While we may receive commissions via affiliate links displayed on our website, the primary objective is to help startups save money. We may also feature sponsored content, and we ensure that any such content is relevant to new businesses and clearly marked as sponsored.

Users are granted access to use discount codes for legitimate business purposes only. Sharing or redistributing discount codes or membership details with unauthorised third parties is strictly prohibited.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of your account.

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use discount codes strictly for your own business needs.
• Keep your membership details secure and refrain from sharing them with others.
• Provide accurate and current information during the registration process.
• Not engage in any conduct that could harm the website, its services, or the experiences of other users.
• Follow the Community rules set out below whenever you post, comment, like or upload content to Valyo.

The Community lets members post short updates, share experiences of the deals listed on Valyo, and start conversations with other small-business owners. These rules apply whenever you create a post, add a comment, like a post, upload an image, or otherwise contribute content ("User Content").

Members-only visibility

The community is a members-only part of Valyo. Once a post is approved by our moderators, it can be viewed by other signed-in Valyo members. It is not shown to visitors without an account and is not indexed by search engines. Alongside your post we display your display name, profile photo (if you have uploaded one), the category of the post, any images you attach, and the date it was published. Comments and likes you make on other posts are visible to other members in the same way. We can't stop another member copying, screenshotting or re-sharing your content outside Valyo, so do not post anything on the community — in text, images or your profile — that you would not be comfortable other business owners seeing linked to your name. If you want a private one-to-one space, the community is not it; contact us at now@joinvaylo.com instead.

You may choose to tick "Post as an anonymous member" when submitting a post or comment. Other members will then see "Anonymous member" in place of your display name and profile photo. This is pseudonymity, not full anonymity: MYSTARTUP LIMITED still retains the internal link between the post and your account for moderation, safety, dispute-resolution and legal-compliance purposes, and you remain fully responsible for the content of anonymous posts under these Terms. Anonymous posting is not available for the "Used an offer" category, where reviews must be attributable to a real member.

Acceptable Use

User Content must be genuine peer-to-peer discussion. You must not post:

• Advertising, promotional material, affiliate or referral links, "buy my thing" pitches, recruitment posts, or anything primarily designed to drive traffic or sales to your own business or a third party.
• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• Personal data about other people (names, contact details, images) without a lawful basis and their consent.
• Confidential information belonging to your employer, a client, or a third party.
• False or unverifiable claims about a Valyo partner or the deals listed on the platform.
• Malware, links to unsafe sites, scams, "get rich quick" schemes, MLM/pyramid recruiting, or anything intended to deceive other members.
• Automated, bulk, or duplicated posts (including content generated by a bot without human authorship or review).

Your Content, Your Responsibility

You remain the owner of the User Content you post. You represent and warrant that (a) you have the right to post it, (b) it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and (c) it complies with these Terms and applicable law. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it.

Licence You Grant Us

By submitting User Content, you grant MYSTARTUP LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and moderation only), display, distribute, and — where necessary — remove or hide that User Content, solely for the purpose of operating, promoting and moderating the Valyo service. This licence ends when you or we delete the User Content, except where we need to retain a copy to comply with a legal obligation or defend a legal claim.

Moderation and Removal

Every post is reviewed by our team before it appears publicly. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, refuse to publish, edit for formatting, remove, hide, or restore any User Content, and we may suspend or terminate the account of any member who breaches these Terms. We are under no obligation to publish or continue to display any User Content, and approval of a post does not amount to endorsement by us.

Fair-Use Limits

To keep the community useful for everyone, members may have no more than two posts awaiting review and no more than three approved posts in any rolling seven-day period, with a maximum of three images per post. We may adjust these limits at any time.

Reporting and Takedown

If you believe a post breaches these rules, infringes your intellectual property, or is defamatory, please use the in-app report button on the post, or email us at now@joinvaylo.com with a link to the post and a clear description of the issue. We aim to review reports promptly and will remove content that we consider, in our reasonable judgement, to breach these Terms or applicable law.

No Endorsement; Limitation of Liability for User Content

User Content reflects the views of the members who post it and not those of MYSTARTUP LIMITED. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any User Content, including any errors, omissions, or losses arising from your reliance on it. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Data Protection

Information about how we handle community posts, comments, images and moderation records — including retention periods and how to exercise your rights — is set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you choose to upload a profile photo (avatar), you must only upload an image that you own or that you have the clear right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, images taken from the internet, brand logos, celebrity photos, stock images you have not licensed, or any image that is protected by copyright, trademark or another third-party right.

By uploading a profile photo you confirm that you have those rights, and you grant MYSTARTUP LIMITED the same non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence set out in the Community section above, solely so that we can store the image and display it alongside your account, posts and comments on Valyo. You can replace or remove your profile photo at any time from your dashboard, and it is deleted when you delete your account.

Your profile photo and display name are shown to other signed-in Valyo members next to your community posts, comments and likes. If you would prefer not to be identifiable to the wider Valyo membership, leave the profile photo blank and choose a display name that does not identify you personally.

We may remove any profile photo that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, infringes someone else's rights, or is otherwise inappropriate, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. If you believe a profile photo infringes your rights, please contact us at now@joinvaylo.com.

Our website features affiliate links and sponsored content. We may earn a commission from purchases made through these links. Sponsored content is clearly identified to ensure transparency about our commercial relationships.
